So I think we are officially dead. This was the first time I could even get onto the website in months and it appears no one else has been posting earlier. I'm sorry that i let this go because this was my idea and i let it fall apart. I would like to apologize to everyone for being such a bad blogger and not being able to well... do anything. I am so busy with school and lessons that I have time for absolutely nothing. So I'm sorry and wish you all the best of luck in your lives.

So I'm still stressed out and trying to get into the rhythm of a new school year, and college stuff isn't really helping things, but hopefully once I make it through these first two months then I can have a fun senior year! Let's hope.

So wild animals.... That will bring us to today's Awesome Thing! Which is....

Pandas.

I mean really, Fred's panda video yesterday basically said it all for us. Pandas are the most awesome animal in the world and there is no use denying it. Plus no one can really figure out if they're raccoons or bears! Mysterious adorable picky eaters. What isn't there to like? Let's try not to kill them all, okay?

I also want to make sure that everyone knows I'm including red pandas in this. Because red pandas are freaking awesome. I love them. And so should you.

I' m so terribly sorry I missed last week. There were many extenuating circumstances, none of which are at all interesting. I'LL MAKE IT UP TO YOU ALL! I PROMISE!

So, THIS WEEK'S THEME IS WILD ANIMALS. LIKE POLAR BEARS!

(How fucking cute are polar bears? I mean, something that wouldn't bat an eye before nomming on your flesh really shouldn't be that adorable.)

Today in history, the London Blitz began. Not much else. (Yes, I know, really insensitive picture, considering the devastation of the Blitz.)

So, guess what happened tomorrow. No really, guess. THAT'S RIGHT, SHATNERDAY!!!!! On tomorrow day, Star Trek premiered. I think this is incredibly relevant to the theme, as Spock and Kirk were totally beast. But not as much as Scottie and Bones and Uhura and Sulu. They four were really the beastiest of all.

Anyways, TV DIRT. So, this is a wild animal. And it's sneezing. And this is also a wild animal. And it's having a reunion. (Also, if the lion thing doesn't at least make you tear up, you're obviously a robot.)

Even Fred hasn't posted! And she's usually the one on top of things here!

So there's not much to talk about here, just school as usual. I'm really scared that I'll totally overwork myself this semester with all my classes and clubs I do. I'm trying to make sure I don't take on too much stuff. I hope I succeed.

Oh! What is exciting is that me and my friends are going to start a Harry Potter club at our school called Dumbledore's Army! I'm SO excited. I'm going to be head of Ravenclaw (RAVENCLAW FTW) and it's basically going to be the most awesome thing in the world. Or at least in our school.

I don't know what else to talk about so let's talk about something awesome. Today's awesome thing is....

Gosh darn it, I don't even know. Where are all you guys?

I suck so much.

I am so sorry, guys. School consumes my life and my time. But I'm just going to post now. =/

Esther, Rest In Awesome. I never met you, but you were such an inspiration to us all. You did so much with your life and will continue to affect all of us. You live on in all of the awesome that we do, and you constantly continue to remind us to be awesome. Thank you for all you've done for Nerdfighteria and the rest of the world. School has been pretty brutal.... I've got so many classes, all with so much homework. Senior year is not going to be a blowoff year at ALL. I hope it gets easier second semester. Have you guys started yet or are you waiting until after Labor Day?

Today's Awesome Thing! (Haven't done this in a while....)
The Middle of the Night.
I love being awake in the middle of the night so much. When everything is quiet and you have the house to yourself.... It's just so very peaceful and so very freeing and .... just nice. I love the feeling that I can just stay up as late as I want and I don't have to stop because I have nowhere to go, because it's the middle of the night. And I love the feeling that there are other people who are sitting at home on the computer or the TV, just relaxing like I am because they have nothing they have to do in the middle of the night, either. In the middle of the night, I can do absolutely nothing and I don't feel guilty for not being productive. It's glorious.

So other than school, not much is going on.... I just want to go back to Scotland so bad. =P

To start off this blog, let me just say this: Esther, a very special girl died early this week. I didn't get the chance to know her personally, but she introduced me to the HPA, which lead me to making some of the best friends I've ever had. Thanks Esther, your star won't go out. We won't let it.

In other news, I joined Swing Dance Club, which was suuuppper fun! I just lewarned the basic steps today, but it was fun nonetheless.

I also got and read Mockingjay, the last book in the Hinger Games Trilogy.

OHMYGOSH! it was sooooooo good! It was really intense and... i can't even. Amazing. Period.

I know these blogs are pretty short, but I have nothing much else to say.

I COMPLETELY forgot to post yesterday! I'm back in school now, so I've been SUPER busy, not that that's an excuse. As soon as I got in bed yesterday I remembered that it was Wednesday and I needed to post! I am SO sorry!

Anyway, I don't actually have any time right now because I'm about to leave for school, but I promise I will post something legit when I get home. You guys can punish me if you want, but no one else has really been posting either.... =/
